Radius Maps 4 Less provides radius mapping services and GIS solutions for various purposes, including real estate, zoning applications, and due diligence. All services and products are provided as described on our website and are subject to availability.

You may be required to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! Fees may apply to any modifications resulting from the incorrect parcel/s or radius size ordered by the customer. 

 

Due to the customized nature of radius maps, all sales are final once payment for an order is processed. Refunds are only be issued in cases of clear error on our part. Modifications shall are allowed as a result of minor addendums or changes requested by the governmental agency. We reserve the right to refuse modifications to an order as a result of additional governmental agency requirements not stipulated at the time when the order is placed.  We do not  collect owner assessor data. Data is obtained through a third party vendor, ParcelQuest. If there is an error in the owner name or mailing address, we will direct you to contact your local Assessor office.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including maps, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software—is the property of Radius Maps 4 Less or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

 

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Interfere with the operation of the website.
