So happy with Vincent's service. He's very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. Very professional and helpful. Trying to start my own business and needed someone to get me 1000ft radius owner/tenant list plus a map indicating where each owner/tenant was located. (Which the city requires you to have to apply for the permit)
We did everything over email. He asked me to send a tenant roster and he took care of everything else. He sent me an invoice of what it would cost and called me over the phone to make the payment for security purposes. I paid for the services on Thursday night and had all my paperwork by Saturday noon.
Everything was well organized and all the labels where well done. He even had a notarized letter that all the information he gave me was correct and accurate. Very happy with his service. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family needing planning and engineering.
